Hayden Panettiere takes a simple hairdo from boring to spectacular by adding texture and height at the crown. This is a look anyone can achieve with a little practice and it’s very effective. We think Hayden looks gorgeous here.
The beautiful Leighton Meister is a standout in this soft, loose chignon with loose tendrils around her face. Another easy to do style that always looks great!

Leighton Meester is seen at the opening of the Chanel boutique on Robertson Boulevard in Beverly Hills.
Leighton’s hair isn’t looking its’ best here. Bangs are sorely needed and this particular style detracts from her pretty face. It’s just an over all very unflattering look for her. We’ve seen her looking so much better in the past.

Leighton has been seen out lately without her longer extensions. We think she looks cute with the shorter hair, and it’s always nice to have options.

She looks great in her shorter, simpler hairstyle. It’s a nice change from her longer look with the extensions. Sometimes less can be better.

Braids are all the rage with celebs lately and Leighton adds one to a formal updo. We love the braided look, but we have to say this isn’t one of our favorites.

Keeping her hair brunette locks looking gorgeous takes a lot of effort for natural blonde, Leighton Meester. Here she divulges a few of her favorite beauty secrets.
ABOUT THE PAST - ” I’ve literally had every color, every cut and every style- I’ve had it all. When I was younger I had bleach blonde hair, and then it started to darken when I got older. I’ve tried black and red, unnatural colors…it was pretty bad.”
ABOUT THE BRUNETTE LOOK - “Now that I have the brown hair, I’m really feeling it. It’s really nice to have all the color done, and for styling, I just blow it out and keep it shiny and healthy. Then later on, I can do whatever I want.
ABOUT MAKING LIFE EASY - “When I’m not at work, I try not to do my hair, so it gives it a little bit of a rest. I don’t put a lot of heat on it, and I don’t blow it dry. I either leave it down or slick it completely back into a nice ponytail.”
ABOUT THE LOOK SHE REALLY WANTS - “I would really love to have a boy haircut. Guys are so lucky because they don’t even have to think about their hair. I think if you can work it, it’s definitely a good look.”
