Heather Locklear is seen arriving for lunch at the Ivy restaurant.
We know we’re repeating ourselves here, but we really, really would like to see Heather with a new look. Her baby fine hair is over bleached and shapeless. A few lowlights and the right cut would really make a dramatic difference in her appearance. Come on Heather, get out of your rut and try something new!

Is your hair lacking luster? You may have a buildup of residue from styling products, shampoos and conditioners. For shiny locks like Alyssa Milano's, cut through the accumulation with apple cider vinegar. Mix a small amount into shampoo or with water and rinse through hair to restore it’s brilliance.
