Here’s a look at just a few of the female celebs who attended the Women In Film’s 2008 Crystal and Lucy Awards.
Cameron Diaz wears her usual shoulder length look. It looks like she may have over conditioned. Her hair’s looking a little lifeless and flat.
Eva Mendez is stunning in a casual updo with face framing trendils.
Meg Ryan seems to be really attached to this messy, big haired look. We think she’d look much better with a shorter, more under control look.
Lori Laughlin gets it right with a perfectly portioned updo and face framing highlights.
Nicole Richie wears her usual I just threw my hair together look. And she seems to love those dark roots.
Debra Messing wears her signature red tresses in a youthful faux bob.

Cameron Diaz, Eva Mendez, Anne Hathaway and Megan Fox all attended the Spike TV “Guys Choice” Awards, where they were presented with “Hot Babe” awards. And they all showed that they were deserving of the awards.
Cameron, who won the “Decade of Hotness Award”, was stunning in a messy updo and short orange dress.
Eva, who won the “Hottest Eva Award”, was beautiful with her signature wavy hairdo and dazzling smile.
The beautiful Anne Hathaway, who recently cut her hair, showed off her great legs in a short black and white dress.
Brunette Megan Fox was stunning in yellow.

Sarah Michelle Gellar, Eva Mendez, Julia Roberts, Blake Lively Eva Longoria and Beyonce all look stunning in their updos while attending the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala.
Sarah Michelle hits just the right note with her casual updo. It’s young and fresh and suits her personality perfectly.
Eva adds long side swept bangs to her chignon. We also have to say this is one of our favorite dresses. A perfect color choice for a brunette.
Julia Roberts wears her auburn tresses in a texturized updo that suits the occasion perfectly.
Blake Lively’s soft updo is the perfect compliment to her dress.
Eva Longoria goes the glamour girl route and wears her hair in an elaborate chignon.
Beyonce wears a low chignon with a middle part. Although we think she looks beautiful, it might have been better if she had touched up her roots.

Eva Mendez is seen attending the opening night of the Metropolitan Opera in New York City.
Although Eva’s hair usually looks great, we’re a bit disappointed in her look here. She’s got the dress right, but she forgot to do something with her hair. It’s a great style for a casual daytime event, but for a formal function like this she should have tried a little harder.

Naomi Watts and her son, Alexander, arrive at the airport in LA.
We know it’s not easy being a busy mother, but Naomi just never seems to be able to pull herself together. We think she should consult with her stylist and get an easy to care for cut.
Anyway, it looks like she’s doing a great job with Alexander, who is adorable.
On the other hand, our girl Eva Mendez manages to look very pulled together as she prepares to take a flight out of JFK Airport.
