Courtney seems to be suffering from a bit of spring fever here and goes for a floral look. Courtney’s tacky thrift shop outfit is just wrong, wrong, wrong! Especially the red flower thing-y she’s stuck in her hair.

You never know what to expect from Courtney. She just doesn’t seem to know how to pull it all together, but she does seem to have fun trying.

Where do we begin? We had to do a double take when we first saw this picture of Courtney. Yes, that is a purple blotch in her hair. I mean she was on our Worst Tressed list before, but now I think she’s in a dead heat with Amy Winehouse for First Place. We really didn’t think things could get worse, but Courtney always manages to take things a step further.
The outfit has left us speechless, so we aren’t commenting on it.

Courtney Love attends the 16th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party.
We think she looks great (she seems to have toned her lips down at bit). However, we don’t understand why she chooses to wear this teenage hairstyle. Her hair is brassy, damaged and dry. Our advice to Courtney is condition, condition, condition!

Courtney needs a total hair make under. Her hair is over processed and over done. She would look so much nicer in a sleek style with a few brown lowlights.
