Nicole Richie: Let’s Her Roots Show

Nicole Richie attends The 25th Annual ASCAP Pop Music Awards with her dad, Lionel, and sister, Sophia( cute, huh), at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.
Nicole’s got some roots showing here. We’re not sure if she needs a touch up or is just following the current trend of blondes letting their roots purposely show. Anyway,we think she needs the touch up.
Whether their hair is long, medium or very short like Victoria Beckham's, celebs are going to be seen wearing lots of headbands. They will be hot for 2009.
