Miley Ray Cyrus, is seen at the Kids’ Choice Awards.
Miley who won two awards, favorite female singer and favorite TV actress, had two very different looks for the show.
Upon arrival and while in the audience she looked very grown up and sophsticated in a short black dress and a half down, half up hairstyle.
On stage she let her hair down and rocked the crowd with her single GNO-Girls Night Out.
Whether their hair is long, medium or very short like Victoria Beckham's, celebs are going to be seen wearing lots of headbands. They will be hot for 2009.
